Terms and Conditions

Below are outlined the terms and conditions for investments in the Motorcycle Ownership Investment program organized by Strategic Partnership and Alliances Nigeria Limited.

Parties Involved:

PUPO NG is a forward-thinking business consulting firm dedicated to helping companies, foundations, and individuals achieve meaningful and measurable impact. We focus on what truly matters — solving real problems through strategic thinking, innovation, and sustainable solutions.

Investment Details:

Investment Amount: Investments are accepted in multiples of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (₦200,000) per unit. Investment Period: One year from the date the investment is confirmed. Return on Investment (ROI): Investors will receive a daily ROI of Seven Hundred Naira (₦700) for each Two Hundred Thousand Naira (₦200,000) invested. This includes the principal investment and profit. Payment Schedule: Daily ROI payments will be made as agreed upon by both parties. Principal Return: The principal investment will be included within the daily ROI.

Investment Purpose:

The funds will be used for the purchase and operation of motorcycles.

Investor Obligations:

Provide accurate personal and financial information as required. Adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Our Obligations:

Manage the motorcycle ownership program. Ensure the motorcycles are operated in a safe and lawful manner. Make timely ROI payments as per the schedule. Provide regular updates on the program's performance.

Termination:

Early Termination: Should the Investor terminate this investment for any reason prior to the agreed-upon investment term of one year, the Investor shall automatically forfeit any remaining principal and accrued earnings to the Investment Company."

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration or the courts of Nigeria.

Acceptance:

By investing in the Motorcycle Ownership Investment program, the investor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
